Skin-e Satisfaction Guarantee

 DermGirls.com wants you to love your products as much as we do, from the minute you place your order until you use the very last drop.  We stand behind our products with a 100% satisfaction guarantee.  If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, we will refund or exchange your purchase in accordance with the policy below, as long as it is returned to DermGirls.com in its original packaging within 30 days of the purchase date.  The health of your skin and your satisfaction is our main goal, so we are happy to arrange an exchange or a refund.

 Please carefully review our return instructions and policy below.

 Return Instructions: 

  1. Obtain your Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#).  This can be done my emailing Returns@DermGirls.com or by calling 1(855) 275-3761.  (Any returns made without an RMA will not be accepted.)
  2. Include all parts, pieces, printed materials and original packaging.
  3. Include a copy of your packing slip and RMA# with your return.
  4. Mail your return to:

Customers are responsible for any charges related to return shipments.  We also recommend using a method of shipping with tracking and insurance, as we will not be responsible for products lost or damaged during shipping.


DermGirls.com is happy to arrange a return or an exchange of any purchase that does not meet your satisfaction.  All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.  Returned products may not be altered, over 50% used, or damaged.  When a product is returned, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price credited to your original payment method.  Any original shipping fees are non-refundable, including charges incurred by DermGirls.com.  

Customers must obtain an RMA#.  Return shipments received without the RMA# will not qualify for a credit.  RMA#’s are only valid for 7 days.

Returned items are subject to inspection by DermGirls.com, and we reserve the right to refuse to provide a refund on any return shipment.  Multiple return requests for the same products are subject to review by DermGirls.com and may be denied.  All parts, pieces, printed materials, promotional items (gift with purchase) and packaging must be returned.  Samples do not need to be returned to receive a refund.  Returns that do not meet the criteria outlined in the return policy will not qualify for a refund, and the improperly returned products will be destroyed.
